My Project Estimating · Quantity Takeoff
Most drawings arrive as a PDF, scanned, exported from CAD, however they've come to you. A construction takeoff built to work from exactly that means you're not waiting on a different format before pricing can start.
A full CAD set, a scanned sketch, a PDF export from an architect, the takeoff starts from what you've actually got, not from an ideal information pack that would take longer to arrive than the job allows.
Whether the drawings are pristine CAD exports or a slightly rough scan, every element still gets measured to NRM2 and checked against the specification. The source format doesn't lower the standard the takeoff is built to.
What comes back is the same structured set of quantities regardless of what went in, ready for rates to be applied and the job to be priced properly.
Send your drawings, in whatever format you've got them, and we'll take the job off to NRM2. See a sample estimate to see the finished detail.
