Construction Estimating

Pricing an extension, a loft conversion or a house build, the same way every time

My Project Estimating  ·  Construction Estimating

Whatever the project, an extension, a loft conversion, a full house build, the job of pricing it properly is the same: measure it off the drawings, price it on real rates, deliver it to the deadline.

Scale changes the size, not the method

A loft conversion has fewer elements than a full house build, but each one still needs measuring rather than estimating by eye. Skipping the method because the job's smaller is exactly how small jobs lose money on site.

Specification drives more of the cost than square footage

Two extensions the same size can price very differently depending on finish and services specified. Measuring against the actual drawings and specification catches that difference; pricing off a rate per square metre doesn't.

One estimate you can bid from, whatever the project

Whether it's a modest loft conversion or a full new build, you get the same kind of document back: measured quantities, priced on current rates, ready to bid from or hand to the client.

Send your drawings for whatever you're building and we'll price it properly. See a sample estimate to see what you'd get back.
